All our furniture assortment is knock down fitting, therefore it required timely refixing and maintenance i.e. Door hinges, Sliding door mechanism, Drawer channels etc.

Electric components like LED, Wireless charger products has to connect direct to the swich board if fail to do so (Do not connect to extension board or multi socket).

It can occur fluctuation in power supply & lead to damage the circuit.

Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface, instead use a Trivet or coaster & Do not iron clothes on any panel

It may affect the lamination as well as finish of the product.

Do not encourage Kids to jump on Bed

It may lead to major damage in strucutre of the product.

Do not keep more than 10-15 kg Weight on one shelf.

The warranty covers only the manufacturing defects as explained. Any wear & tear & usage is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Covered - Wooden structure, Frame, Manual Mechanism, Recliner Lever, Electric Mechanism, Sitting foam, Spring, Sofa bed fitting, Sofa bed Wheels, Fibre Cushions / Pillows & Remotes are all included in the warranty.

Warranty Not Covered - Fabric / P.U & Stitching, Speakers, Charging sockets, Cushion zippers, Crystal decor Usage, Wear and tear, Outdoor usage, Commercial usage, Cushion piping / Decore / Thread design & Color fading are not included in the warranty.
