  • Each model is equipped with a stainless steel bolster that evenly distributes the load during operation.
  • The uniquely shaped ABS plastic handle is made without a single rivet. This ensures excellent balance of the knife and safe operation.
  • The perfect fit of the elements of each instance guarantees excellent appearance and hygiene.
  • To prolong the life of the knife, it should be washed by hand.
