No Abrasive Scrubbers:Avoid using steel wool, abrasive scrubbers, or scouring pads that can scratch and dull the brass finish.

Do Not Let Water Sit:Do not let water sit on the surface for long periods as it can lead to spotting or tarnishing. Wipe the mixer dry after each use.

Leaks and Drips:Covers issues related to persistent leaks or drips caused by defective parts, such as the cartridge or seals.

Valve and Cartridge Issues:Warranty covers problems with the mixer?s valve or cartridge, such as difficulty in controlling water flow or temperature due to defective parts.

Mechanical Failures: Internal mechanical failures, including issues with the lever, spout, or other moving parts

Damage Due to Improper Installation:Any damage or issues caused by incorrect installation.

Wear and Tear:Normal wear and tear from everyday use, such as minor scratches, discoloration, or fading due to aging, is not covered.

Improper Maintenance or Cleaning:Damage caused by improper cleaning methods, such as using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scrubbing pads, is excluded from the warranty.

Water Quality-Related Issues:Problems arising from poor water quality, such as corrosion, lime scale buildup, or hard water deposits, are not covered under the warranty.

External Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or environmental elements e.g., exposure to saltwater air is not covered.

Complimentary parts like Popup waste, Hose and other hardware fittings are not covered.

Customer have 7 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked, NOT Installed & Used and No Dirty or Stained.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned,dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.
