Physical damage (cracks, scratches) caused by accidents or abuse voids the warranty.

Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, such as fading, minor scratches, or wear on jets and seals are not covered.

Unapproved Modifications:Modify or attempt to repair the bathtub with unauthorized parts or services, the warranty will be voided.

Improper Maintenance: Failure to follow maintenance guidelines, such as not cleaning or maintaining the jets and plumbing system, will lead to a void warranty.

Customer have 7 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked, NOT Installed & Used and No Dirty or Stained.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned,dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once  confirmed by our inspection team.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.
