- Kitchen knives of the KRONUNG series were specially developed by designers for the anniversary of the company and presented for the first time at an exhibition in Germany.
- They are made of high-alloy German steel X50CrMoV15, hardened to 57 units on the Rockwell scale.
- This steel has increased strength and is suitable for frequent use.
- The blades have double-sided symmetrical laser sharpening along the entire length of the cutting edge, which ensures easy cutting and butchering.
- Each model is equipped with a stainless steel bolster that evenly distributes the load during operation.
- The uniquely shaped ABS plastic handle is made without a single rivet. This ensures excellent balance of the knife and safe operation.
- The perfect fit of the elements of each instance guarantees excellent appearance and hygiene.
- To prolong the life of the knife, it should be washed by hand.
