Made using high quality ceramic material for fine finishing.

The Glaze finish used increases the surface glossiness and easy cleaning of the product

Clean the ceramic surfaces regularly with a mild, non-abrasive bathroom cleaner or a mixture of mild soap and water.

Use a soft cloth or sponge to wipe down the basin and pedestal. Microfiber or cotton cloths work well to prevent scratches and maintain the shine.

Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as they may scratch or damage the ceramic finish.

Do not use abrasive materials, such as steel wool or abrasive sponges, as they can scratch and damage the ceramic surface.

The warranty covers any defects in the ceramic material or workmanship. This includes issues like cracks, leaks, or other structural flaws that arise from the manufacturing process.

If there’s leakage from the drain area or joints due to flaws in the ceramic material .

Any issues caused by incorrect or improper installation, such as cracks from overtightening bolts or damage from improper mounting, are not covered.

Damage resulting from accidents, dropping heavy objects, standing on the basin, or using the product outside of its intended purpose is not covered by the warranty.

Gradual deterioration, such as minor surface scratches, stains, or loss of shine over time, is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered.

Damage caused by using harsh chemicals, acids, bleach, or abrasive cleaners is excluded from the warranty.

Stains or discoloration caused by hard water, mineral deposits, or water with high iron content are not covered.

Customer have 7 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked, NOT Installed & Used and No Dirty or Stained.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned,dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once  confirmed by our inspection team.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.
