Avoid Abrasive Cleaners: Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or abrasive powders, as these can damage the ceramic finish.

No Hard Scrubbing: Avoid using hard-bristled brushes or metal scouring pads, as they can cause scratches on the surface.

Do Not Flush Harmful Items: Do not flush non-flushable items like wipes, sanitary products, or large debris, as they can clog the system.

No Acidic Cleaners: Avoid using acid-based cleaners, as they can erode the finish of the ceramic and damage the plumbing components.

Avoid Drilling Near the Toilet: Do not drill into walls close to the toilet mounting, as this could damage pipes or the wall support structure.

Coverage for the ceramic body of the toilet against cracks, leaks, and material defects due to manufacturing issues.

General wear and tear such as minor scratches, surface marks, or aesthetic changes due to aging and daily use are typically not covered.

Damage caused by excessive weight, impact (dropping heavy objects), or misuse of the WC (e.g., standing on it) is not covered.

Damages due to improper installation

Damage caused by excessively hard water, mineral deposits, or chemical damage (e.g., due to harsh cleaning agents) is often not covered.

Seat Cover, Hinges and other Hardware fittings are not covered

Customer have 7 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked, NOT Installed & Used and No Dirty or Stained.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned,dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once  confirmed by our inspection team.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.
