- It was developed for the goods used in high humidity conditions.
- Stainless steel 420J2 is strong and durable, hardened up to HRC 53+/-2 on Rockwell scale.
- The blades are easily sharpened and stay sharp for a long time.
- The handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which is better known as surgical.
- Matt finishing helps handles to stay non-slippery and lay tightly in hands.
- Accurate seamless connection of the handle with the blade is the key to high hygiene of the products.
