Beds must always be placed in a clean and dry place

In case of tough stains, please spray water and wipe immediately

Always ensure the bed is placed on an even floor

Always seek a professional carpenter’s assistance during the dismantling and reassembling of the furniture

Use a vacuum cleaner with bristle tips to avoid scratches during cleaning

Do not drag the bed on hard and soft flooring

Do not spray or pour harsh cleaning materials directly on the melamine or painted surfaces

Never apply water or any cleaning agent on the hydraulic lift mechanism

Do not spill hot liquid on your furniture surfaces as it may cause discolouration and result in permanent staining

Do not use a cotton/ coir mattress on top of the wooden slats as it may break or crack

Remember, your bed is scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof.Do not place in sharp objects on the furniture surfaces as they may scratch, chip or dent the surface

Do not encourage kids to jump on the bed

The warranty coverage mentioned here is generic category wise, please refer to the warranty period of the product. The warranty covered will be subject to approval by Danube Home inspection team

The warranty covers only the manufacturing defects as explained. Any wear tear usage is not covered under warranty

Warranty Covered - Slat Panels Structure, Wardrobe Hinges, Hydraulic Gas lift, LVL slats structure, Drawer Channels, Sliding door channels, Drawer wheels, Mechanisms are all included in the warranty

Warranty Not Covered - LED light and electrical Components, Lockers (safe), Speakers, Charging sockets, Fabric / P.U, Usage, Wear and tear, Manufacturing defects.Outdoor usage, Commercial usage, Decors Crystals Any Modification in the structure’s original form is not included in the warranty.

This item cannot be cancelled or return.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (colour may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase and not installed after the inspection team confirm.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned, dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.

Even for custom-made orders, Danube Home has the right to cancel and issue a refund if there is no stock or damaged material.
